What is the minimum value of an order that customers can place ?
A. No order is considered to be too small or too big to comply with.
However, the landed cost of a small consignment is always on the higher side
because of the freight rate structure.

What are payment terms ?
A. The following are the most common payment terms:
PRE-PAYMENT: It minimises the bank charges and is the most
convenient payment mode for small orders. Remittance may be sent by bank
drafts/ cheques favoring Apothcaries' Sundries Mfg. Co. Transfer to our Bank
account is, however, a convenient and fast processing method.
ADVANCE PAYMENT IN PART : Big orders may be placed with 25% payment
in advance, the balance against delivery of documents through a designated
bank. The bank charges shall be borne by customers.
LETTER OF CREDIT: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight is an ideal
way of payment. All bank charges, expect our bank charges, must be to the
account of the buyer.

Please give information on freight charges ?
A. The normal modes of shipment are - Seafreight and Airfreight. Post
parcels , Couriers etc. are sent against specific instructions from the
customers.
The customer may ask for prices inclusive of freight charges, or opt for
receiving a consignment on 'Freight to Pay' basis.
The shipping charges vary according to the weight/ volume of a shipment,
destination and mode of despatch.
C.I.F. rates are quoted if the exact quantity, destination and mode of
despatch are intimated.

already FDA (USA) listed. Also work, on CE marking on many of the items is
already in progress
